Generic weight lifting programs that are entirely focused on lifting heavy weights in a linear movement at slow rates of speed do not sufficiently address the needs of any world-class athlete. Our philosophy is to apply a scientific approach to our MMA training /athlete development program. Athletes require balance, proprioception, coordination, timing, reactive ability, muscle flexibility and more. Omni Movement's goal is to provide athletes with sport specific training that will make them a better version of their previous self.
