We have a range of cliental from absolute beginners looking to get in shape to Professional Fighters & Athletes looking to win their World Title. Each session is customized to fit your specific needs and is 1 hour long. These sessions are a great way for new individuals to learn the fundamentals of their discipline faster and in a more personal setting with an Instructor.

Looking for a workout program that is custom tailored to fit your needs, but unable to make personal training work for you? With our online training program, you get access to 3 Custom tailored workouts to suit your goals and needs. For fighters, we have specific programs to help you achieve your peak during fight camp. These are the same workouts we personally use for our competition team. You’ll be able to speak to our Personal Trainers directly each week for any workout questions or if you need some extra motivation. Our YouTube Channel will contain technique breakdowns and other fitness tips that will be available as well to help you along with your fitness journey with us.
